All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an item is out of stock, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be a significant delay in your shipment, we’ll contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over USD $150.
For orders under USD $150, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Retro Screamers has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about duties or taxes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Retro Screamers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
