Understanding Our Second-Hand Business Model

At Retro Screamers, we specialize in authentic vintage and retro football jerseys that have been previously owned. Each item in our collection is unique, with its own character and history. Due to the nature of second-hand merchandise and the rarity of many vintage pieces, we maintain a strict sales policy to ensure fairness to all customers.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or fit requirements. To accommodate our customers, we offer the following exchange option:

In-Store Exchange for Store Credit Only

  • Items may be exchanged for store credit; the value of that store credit is determined by the Retro Screamers team
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • In-store visits only - we do not process exchanges through mail or online
  • Retro Screamers can refuse to offer in-store credit for any circumstance

Important Reminders

Mailed Returns Not Accepted

Do not mail items back to us. Unsolicited returns sent through mail will not be processed, and we cannot guarantee their safe return to you. All exchanges must be conducted in person at our store location.

Customer Responsibility

Once you take ownership of a vintage item, proper care becomes your responsibility. These pieces of football history require special attention to maintain their condition and value.

This includes sponsors peeling. We do not do shirt repairs. 

Pre-Purchase Inspection

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Each item uploaded contains images of that specific shirt - please carefully examine the condition before purchase
  • Consider the item's age and wear when making your decision
  • Review our product care guidelines before purchasing

EU Customers

European Economic Area (EEA): In accordance with EU consumer law, EEA customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a withdrawal, contact us at hello@retroscreamers.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Duties paid are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
